★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We made online reservations for two rooms for 113 ﷼ and when we paid it was 126 or so per room. Further when we got there, even though we had a reservation, the hotel was full and no rooms were ready. We had to wait a couple hours for people to leave at their leisure (checkout is 11 and they were leaving at 5 pm!) and the hotel did no actions to get the people who were staying late to leave. Completely terrible service. Then when we get the room, it is smelling of pee and feces and musty like mildew. The bedsheets are damp and moist and smell funny. The TV doesn't work(which is fine because we don't watch it but just letting yall know) and finally we asked for rooms that were not part of a صالون and that is exactly what they gave us. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Don't stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's very low standard . Not worth the rent. There are cockroaches in the place. The parking lot is poor and not equipped and occupied by the restaurant. The elevator does not work from the parking lot. The public elevator is not working well. The experience was very bad and the reservation I cancelled..

-The price in my booking was 260riyals but they made us pay 313riyals!
-They may have a fabulous chandelier in the lobby but the costumer service is soooo bad. This is the worst hotel i’ve been to in my whole entire life.
1. They will leave the reception telephone ring, they will not answer unless you call them none stop and multiple times.
2. The staffs are not hospitable, they don’t care about their costumers. They shout here and there. No class, real talk.
3. Towels!!! OMG, have you ever seen a hotel without a towel?! well, this is the hotel! They never provide us even one! I asked for it in our first day but they said it’s finished, I said ok fine maybe tomorrow they have, but then again I tried to ask again, they said yes we will give, but we never have one until our check out. If only we knew that this kind of hotel exist, I would have bring my own towel.
4. Its freakin dirty! The floor is soo dusty. When we arrived the trash of the previous user was still there! Then never bothered to collect our trash even its full.
5. The furnitures are dirty and old. Its like you’re staying in an abandoned mansion and not in hotel.

bathroom was dirty, they offered no towels and they didn't give me a key-card for my room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just the right room for transient travellers, I recommend to bring your own basic toiletries though. The manager is very accommodating and offers great deals. For OET takers it's 8-10 minutes away.
