★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most pathetic hotel in area. Dirty, untidy, 3rd class in every sense. Very small beds with pathetic bedding, poor service, receptionist took 2 hours to trace my booking despite having complete booking data. Very small rooms. No wifi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sit in this hotel for 3 days it was good. The price was moderated according to other hotels in this location. The distance from this hotel to the Haram was about 2- 3 minutes (walking distance) . The problems of this hotel was the internet ( the internet was only in the lobby ) . the second and serious problem was the elevators there is only 3 elevators for a 10 story hotel and in each story there is about 9 to 10 rooms.so u have to wait about 7 to 10 minutes in order to use the elevator.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not enjoy the stay here even though the location is the best and comfort was amazing, the staff was uncaring and flat out rude.
Excellent location and closeness to Masjid Al Haram in Madinah, walking distance for Men and Women. Rooms were good size and the bathrooms where old style with no amenities provided so much so no towels. Rooms dont have any heating option but are nice and well maintained with bigger windows.
The non-arab staff was flat out rude and un-caring from the first minute i walked in to the hotel. so much so i had to take and bring my own luggage up and down the room to the lobby.
The rooms were not allotted and when i inquired, the bangali at the counter told me to accommodate 4 adults and 3 children in a two (bed) room.
Upon insisting about my reservation months ago and a few calls between him and his boss, i got the two room accommodation with 7 beds.
The hotel still uses old key system and nfc cards to buzz you in or out the rooms. The cafeteria downstairs in the lobby had excellent service and helping staff. Very friendly and ever ready to help.
Local taxis for Ziyarah to Masajids of Khandakh, Quba, Uhud and Qiblatain are for Sr 100 round trip, Sr 150 for Birr e Rawa return, Sr 80 for the one way Airport and Sr 90 or 100 from Airport to the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there last week (February 2019) and had an awful experience along with my family. Firstly there is no such thing as housekeeping! They don't provide u with baisc toiletries like toothpaste, brushes or bathroom slippers. Rooms were dirty and smelly, specially the carpet looked as if it hadn't been washed for more than a year now. The washroom was not clean when we checked in, we had to call for the housekeeping over and over again. We were quite disturbed and unhappy with their service. Not to mention that the bed are quite small, a tall person will have his feet hanging out. There is no Wi-Fi available in rooms. Unhygienic and NOT recommended for pilgrims, visitors or even the common man! Not going to book them again, Sorry!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very near to Al masjid AlNabawy gate 6 located in the southern west corner of the central area. This location is so far away from the female entrance for AlRawda- nearly the opposite corner.
Rooms are of lower average surface area that can fit maximum 3 beds but they put 4 beds in the same area.
Clothes cabinet is very small and they use one third of its space for the mini bare and the cattle.
My room had a bad odor (feacal) when I complained about it they just provided an air spray.
The bed side lamp wire was torn and exposed. I asked for electrical maintenance many times and I checked out after 3 days without seeing the maintenance guy.
The staff are smiling and helpful except when I asked to park my car where he denied having any space in the parking area then I went by my self where I found more than 5 empty space in the parking area, I informed him and he let me to park my car

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In this covid situation in 2022, this hotel is a very bad choice.
It is near 312 No. Gate in the west side of Masjid ul Nabwabi and near to Gamama Mosque.
Due to covid period, Most of the shops, restaurants near this area are closed now, so you need to walk about 1km from this hotel to get a asian restaurant.
Most of the shopping malls and restaurants are near North side of the holy mosque (gate 328-338). So if you are planning to stay, try to find hotel in the north side of mosque.
Not only these. From this hotel, though the west side of the mosque seems nearby, but to get in to the prayer area, you have to walk 10mins, about 600-700m. And the female prayer area is more far away. In all sense, the hotel will be a bad choice at this moment. You have to walk like crazy.
