Amazing delicious food and generous portions with resonable $$. Limited menu The problem is ordering setup and poor table service, you have to order prior to sitting, food served with plastic "take out" plates and utensils

Shawarma and pizza are available at MEZZANINE floor M not inside modeef restaurant. Price of shawarma which comes in a small thick pita bread with or without chips and drink is Sr35/- and one large costs 55 to 60/-. Small Cakes are cheap in the range of 12 to 20 riyals each.

It is a decent restaurant with family seating in the vicinity of Haram. We went there for a dinner in Ramadhan and they were serving in canteen style, i.e. you queue, pick from a very limited menu in take away boxes and eat. So, just to be clear, you will not get the authentic food experience or superb service here, it is just too busy for that. But, you will get nice warm food and a decent clean table to sit and eat between prayers, instead of having to go far, hence the five star. If it was elsewhere, it would hardly get three stars. We ordered: Chicken tikka (boneless chicken pieces): 5/5, was nicely done and balances spices Humous: 5/5, decent humous not too much to complain. Chicken Curry (boneless chicken in curry): 4/5, spices were a bit too runny though but can't complain. Chicken shawaya (half chicken): 3/5. A bit too bland and rice were a bit unusual to put it mildly. All meals came with lentils and vegetable curry, which were decent standard. Khubz bread provided was from the supermarket packet and could have been better a bit soft, but did the job. So, all in all, if I am in Haram with the family and want a quick bite between the prayers I will go here again to eat quick meal in a clean facility. However, it is not a place for an enjoyable family dine out experience!

They didnโ€™t have most of what on the menu and they are all in ready to go boxes even for dining in and the combo doesnโ€™t have much in it

Visited this restaurant to buy lunch during my recent visit to the holy propehet mosque in Medina. ?The restaurant is located opposite the Elaf hotel. Both dine in and takeaway options are available at this restaurant. ?The order has to be placed at the reception counter. I ordered the chicken plate shawarma along with chicken tikka plate. ?The reception counter accepts both card and cash payments. ?Eventhough the taste of meals was good from this restaurant but I was not satisfied with the small portion size and the hight cost of average meals. ?The sitting arrangement is nicely arranged and designed in this restaurant. The restaurant staff mostly speaks and understand Arabic language. โ™ฟ?The restaurant doesn't support wheelchair accessibility. No facemasks were needed to enter the premises of the restaurant ?โ›”
