انتظرت الموظف بعد ان وعدني بخدمتي
اكثر من ٢٠ دقيقة لتسعيرة قطعه وليس لشرائها ، يذهب ويعود من أمامي دون اي تقدير للانتظار ،، علما انني الوحيد بالمحل . اضطررت لترك المحل والخروج حفاظًا على كرامتي ،،
اذا كان هناك عجز في الموظفين هذه ليست مشكلة العميل ،
هؤلاء الوكلاء هم من يكرّهون العملاء في مرسيدس

I waited for the employee after he promised me his service
More than 20 minutes to price a piece and not to buy it, he goes and comes back in front of me without any appreciation for waiting, knowing that I am the only one in the shop. I had to leave the shop and go out to preserve my dignity,,
If there is a shortage of staff, this is not the customer's problem.
These dealerships are the ones who hate Mercedes customers
