★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اتفقت معهم بتوريد رخام عماني " نخب اول" يوم وصل للبيت كانت الجودة سيئة للغاية حتى ان احد القطع انكسرت بعد فك الحزام وفيها عروق كثيرة. تواصلت معاهم وبعد فترة ابلغوني انه خطأ من المصنع ويجب ان اقبل الرخام ولكني اصريت على استرداد المبلغ. للاسف خيار الاستبدال للعميل غير مرحب فيه لديهم
تجربه لن اكررها معهم. الصور وحده لما تم الاتفاق عليه والثانيه ما تم ارساله
كان البديل هو " الدحيه للرخام" الاخ المصري ابو ابراهيم رجل في غاية اللطافة والتعامل ورجل بمعنى الكلمه ووفره لي بسعر اقل من المجد وجودة اعلى
I agreed with them to supply Omani marble "first toast" on the day he arrived home. The quality was very poor, even one of the pieces broke after loosening the belt and it had many veins. I contacted them and after a while they told me that it was a mistake from the factory and I should accept the marble, but I insisted on getting the money back. Unfortunately, the replacement option for the customer is not welcome for them
An experience I will not repeat with them. The photos are only of what was agreed upon, and the second of what was sent
The alternative was "Al-Dahiya for Marble", the Egyptian brother Abu Ibrahim, a very kind and gentle man, and a man in the truest sense of the word, and he made it available to me at a price lower than glory and a higher quality
