Swimming pool is small but it is good for traning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, I gave only 1 star due to few reasons which will be stated below. I'm hoping that management will take heed and take the feedback as constructive criticism and build on it.
1) their phone number does not work, called many times and no one picks up. Finally when the centre was opened after the break, I was told there is an issue with the line.
2) no proper or enough air flow and their current air con is not enough
3) joined recently for 5 days session but the guy at the reception gave me additional 2 days at no cost. Also paid for my friend for 1 day session. The following day I asked if he could refund the unused days as my friend did not wanna come and I decided not to come. He bluntly said "no refund policy". I asked him politely where does it say this in the receipt he gave me and he points at a sign up form that he never got me to sign or fill in. I asked him please do the right thing and refund my unused days. He declined and refused to continue the discussion.
4) I told him if this is the case I will put a bad review and he goes "be cautious".
5) finally I truly do not blame the staff there as they are poorly trained, it's more management but then even management needs basic customer service management.
