Their staff are friendly, very knowledgeable and accommodating. They never tire of showing and sampling newer products or suggesting what would suit each individual personality. They have a heritage of over 5 generations spanning 100+ years in aromatics. I have tried attars from other big names, but Al Khair has quality and class with true refinement and sophistication. They will even ship abroad if you want to send your friends and relatives abroad.
