ويحتاج للترميم أو إنشاء مبنى جديد وهذا أفضل ،
الكادر الإداري لايظهر نادي الكوكب بالصورة المطلوبة كذلك الصورة الإعلامية عن هذا الكوكب لاتوجد لها خانة على مستوى الخرج ولى باقي المناطق. ولو نسأل أحد أبناء الخرج هل تعرف نادي الكوكب سيقول لا لماذا لانه إعلاميا صفر.
