بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم بالنسبة لقاعة جليلة فمن وجهة نظري أنها غير مرتبة وسيئة جداً والأثاث قديم ، وكذلك الإضاءه ضعيفة ، كما أعتقد أن سعرها مبالغ فيها ، ويعيبها أيضاً مدخل الرجال غير متناسق مع البوابة الخارجية لازم تدخل من عند الزاوية وهذا لا يناسب في الاستقبال والزواجات

-القاعة تمتاز بجمال التصميم
-كثره المواقف
-طقم العاملين من الرجال لا بأس بهم ومديرهم متعاون
العيوب :
-صغر المسرح النسائي (المنصه)
-صاله طعام واحده للرجال والنساء ياتي الرجال اولا ثم بعد انتهاء كل الرجال ب 45دقيقه تقريبا ياتي النساء
-طبخ الذبائح لم يكون بالمستوى المطلوب
-الطقم العاملين من النساء سيء واستغلالي وللتوضيح ساذكر لكم ماحصل لي :
تم التواصل مع مشرفه الطقم النسائي ام اصيل هاتفيا وكانت متحمسه وانها ستقدم خدمه مميزه وفي يوم المناسبه تغيرت ولم تفي بالاتفاق وتعاملها غير جيد والطقم (كسول وشايف نفسه) مما دفعنا الى دفع مبلغ أضافي لاجل أن يساعدوننا في تقديم خدمه للضيوفنا وبعد الانتهاء ذهبنا الى مدير القاعة وقال لنا أن هذا غير لائق وسوف يرجع لنا ماتم دفعه للعاملات الاستغلاليات وبعد عده اسابيع لم يرد علينا ولم يحول لنا المبلغ ثم بعد ذلك اخبارنا بانه لا يستطيع مساعدتنا وتواصلنا مع المدير وقال بانه لا يستطيع مساعدتنا ايضا وتواصلنا مع صاحب القاعة ابو عمر وقال لنا من حقكم وسوف يرجع المبلغ وانتظرنا اسابيع وحاولنا التواصل معه ولم يرد علينا حتى بالرسائل النصيه ونحن لا نحال لهم هضم حقنا

We contacted the owner of the hall, Abu Omar, and he told us of your right The amount will be returned. We waited for weeks and tried to communicate with him, and he did not even answer us with text messages, and we do not refer them to digest our rights.
