★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service ,no after sale services I buy three bicycles Meduum to big size cost more than 1200, one of the pedal was broken thnks to the por manufacturer ...they refused to change the pedal which cost less than 25 riyals for 1 pair !!!!!!!
... if something happened to your product because a factory defaults you ll Pay to fix it its not recommended
اشتريت ٣ دراجات هوائية بكلفة اكثر من ١٢٠٠ وقد تعطلت انكسرت واحدة من الدواسات في اليوم التالي بسبب سوء الصنع ..
رفضوا تغييرها مع انها لاتكلف اكثر من ٢٥ ريال للزوج
لا انصح بالتعامل معهم وخاصة البائع السوداني الذي أبدى ردة فعل بليدة لدى محادثتي معه فضلا عن انه قد تركني وذهب ...

I bought 3 bicycles at a cost of more than 1200 and one of the pedals broke the next day due to poor manufacture..
They refused to change it even though it does not cost more than 25 riyals for the husband
