A	Abdullah Naveed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We followed our OB/Gyne case for 7 months with Dr. M R and in last week of September she told us to come after 2 weeks. When we called again for appointment, we came to know that she went on prescheduled Annual vacations of 30 days from 1st October, we were highly disappointed and upset that we met her 3 days before her vacations and she didn't even bother to refer us to any other doctor. Usually she didn't use to spend more than 2 minutes with us and didn't like to answer any questions but it was still fine but we found this vacation thing totally unprofessional and cold behaviour. We changed our hospital and decided not to visit Hammadi again and thankfully our decision was very good. There are plenty of better hospitals out there with sincere and caring doctors.

She is very experienced, calm and friendly in nature. The best thing about her is how she focuses on natural birth. During the entire tenure of pregnancy she motivated my wife to stay active and eat healthy. She also goes in for minimal medications and testing and believes that a natural process like pregnancy needs no intervention unless really required. She has been patient in answering questions. Would definitely recommend her! Best Doctor ???!!! We delivered Baby Boy on 03.02.2022 as normal delivery with gods blessing. Thank you Doctor. Best Regards Santhosh Kumar Sivan
A	Ahmad Ahmad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service ever for the booster dose of COVID-19. Spent an hour waiting in line yesterday for my appointment then was told that the doses are finished. I was told by the security to come the next day, and I’ve been standing in line for an hour and a half now. If you don’t know how to do your job, or a completely incompetent person, I suggest you go work for Hammadi Hospital. Completely useless people
j	julius solo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad in accommodating people for vaccination. The hospital was not ready for bulk of people want for vaccine. The line was so disappointing totally not moving. Some people was already in the line standing for more than 5hours. I have went to other vaccination center in my first and second dose but that vaccination center was ready for the bulk of people. There was a very long line but it was moving fast i had been standing only for less than one hour. But here in alhammadi hospital it was very disappointing. They are not ready. Unorganised and totally not moving line. I hope it will be addressed in the management and make an action.
W	Waseem Yousaf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse experience , my kid had moderate chest infection but no fever etc., and Dr Momen Khawas forced us for admission. Due to some issues I couldn’t go for admission but We were worried and went straight to Suliman Habib and Pediatric there said there is no need for admission just take a medicine course. Kid recovered in next 3 days. This is 2nd time in a year they did same. Other than this they also do blunders while booking appointments as for CT scan booked appointment two times but visited there and schedule was changed. Need to escalate this on higher level.

m	mohamed elsawi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have 4 days admission in suite room for my 2 kids, we have the worst experience Nursing is very week and don’t have enough experience, kannola is fixed wrong many times and my kids hands get blood and swelling They are not responding to the calls even emergency call, we have to go to nursing station Cleanning is moderate missing the culture of how to clean, they start with toilets and then grap every thing in the room afterwards Food is very bad i have get sick in the third day due to hospital food, bad smell and bad taste. Finally staff is very rude not every one but most of the staff. We make many complaints about all this without any responding, they are just listening and no action at all. Doctor Moemen is very good no doubt
