★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am one of the people who come to AL-GARAWI a lot for shopping, and I was surprised by the last time I went there. The service was so much bad. there were two Indian employs, who do not know any thing about treating customers well, so I do not recommend dealing with them at all. And if you have to, make sure you speak to the Saudi employs, because they are nice talking to customers.
TO SUM UP,
Do not trust them about ( Exchange and Refund Policy).
They will try hard to not to do it for YOU.
And they better have a Saudi employs, because they know how to make customers happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome and really adorable mall with lots of choices in activewear, kidswear and shoes...they actually even carried my usual sizes US 12, 13 and even 14! Miracle!!
I wish those sizes were bought more for KSA!
