★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give them zero stars, I would. Trash clinic, has zero respect for the concept of “appointments”, and has zero concern for patients’ wellbeing and only cares for how much cash they’re gonna milk out of you.
They made me wait 3hrs above & beyond my appointment time, and then told me “oops” and asked me to come back the next day, then made me wait another 1.5hrs the next day, only to charge me SR1,000 for literally a 5-minute GLUEING job of two plastic attachments to complement my my EXISTING Eon inviseligns, which I already own and am using.
Doctor with the name of ‘??Ahmed Jaber??’ was extremely disrespectful and made countless inappropriate remarks, lacked basic professional demeanor, in addition to him being the one who sneakily directed the nurse/admin assistant into charging me this much to meet his “daily cash-cow quota”, as well as him personally passing so many other walk-in patients before me without asking for my permission. What an abomination. ?????
Last but not least, the clinic was FILTHY, like we were in some abandoned place in the ghetto. Insects everywhere, filthy floors and surfaces, super old and ratchet, super uncomfortable to be in. Horrible place, horrible people. The only decent person doing their job was the security guy sitting out front.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so sad that the clinc change the reception employees, they was so professionals and welcoming , now they hired new employees thery are unprofessional receptionist, they always chatting and laughing louder the never respect the clinc and the patients. Even the employee that responsible for checking Twakalna sh always out of mood. Also lately i didn’t entered at my time, they delay me for 15 minutes or more although thier doctors are brilliant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve visited multiple orthodontists and Dr. Ahmed Jaber is by far one of the best. My brother did his braces in America, and I am glad I waited and did them here with Dr. Ahmed Jaber. I am so incredibly happy with how my teeth turned out and will always refer all my closest friends and family to him! Don’t hesitate to go and pay him a visit. You definitely won’t regret it.
