* الاسعار مرتفعة قليلاً .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ زيادة 50 ٪ في الاسعار عن السابق وبدون إبداء اسباب عن الإرتفاع المفاجئ والمبالغ فيه صراحة وحجم الصحون نفسها القديمة تعامل موظف الصاج سيئ للغاية تقييمي نجمة وكثير عليهم خافوا الله بما انكم قمتم بزيادة الاسعار 50٪ كبرو الصحون شوي عن تجربة ما انصح احد ابداً يروح لهم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ هذا المطعم كان من أحد المطاعم المتميزة عندي في السابق من جودة ونظافة وحسن تعامل العاملين به. تغير مالك المطعم عدة مرات خلال ٣ سنين الماضية وتغير معه طعم وجودة المنتج ليس الى الاحسن ولكن كان في انحدار مستمر وارتفاع التسعيرة 20٪ عن السابق الى ان اشتاقت نفسي اليوم ٣ اكتوبر ٢٠٢١ الى وجبة (مقادم) وكانت القشة التي قصمت ظهر البعير.
تفاجأت بتمادي العمالة واهمالهم في نظافة الاكل واستهتارهم بصحة المستهلك. كانت الكمونية محترقة وفقد نكهته و طعم المقادم مقرف ومليئ بشعر الذبيحة وعند مواجهتي للكاشير لم يبدو عليه اي تهكم او استهجان للمنظر ولم يكلف خاطره بالاعتذار وبدا وكأن المنظر عادي بالنسبة له.
ومن صور الاستهتار الملاحظ كذلك، اهمال العمالة بالنظافة الشخصية وعدم التزامهم بالتعقيم بعد عودتهم المتكررة من استراحتهم خارح المحل ورجوعهم خلف طاولة التحضير دون تعقيم او لبس القفازات.
هنا انتهى كل اعجابي لهذا المطعم.
This restaurant was one of my distinguished restaurants in the past due to the quality, cleanliness and good treatment of its employees. The owner of the restaurant changed several times during the past 3 years, and the taste and quality of the product changed with it, not for the best, but it was in a continuous decline and the price increased by 20% compared to the previous one, until today, October 3, 2021 I miss myself for a meal (the coming) and it was the straw that broke the camel’s back.
I was surprised by the persistence of the workers and their neglect of cleanliness of food and their disregard for the health of the consumer. The cumin was burnt and lost its flavor and the taste of the precipice was disgusting and full of carcass hair. When I confronted the cashier, he did not appear to be sarcasm or disapproving of the sight and did not bother to apologize and it seemed as if the view was normal to him.
Among the forms of recklessness observed as well, the neglect of workers in personal hygiene and their failure to adhere to sterilization after their repeated return from their break outside the shop and their return behind the preparation table without sterilization or wearing gloves.
Here ended all my admiration for this restaurant.
