★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No walk-ins. I come here just because I don't have a car to go to Thuwal. Keeps getting worse. They made a mistake by booking me a time and telling me another and blaming me. Not caring about customer satisfaction. Overpriced less than average service. Their booking system is the worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good booking system and it well organized, a nice waiting area and friendly barbers. However, they rarely have left over open spots if you need a haircut and didn't have time to book. I have also experienced errors in my bookings.
