★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Value for money. Room was nice and clean with wifi and hot water for shower. Receptions and golf buggy driver were friendly and helpful. It was around 1KM from Masjid Al-Haram 15 minutes walking distance, a bit tired but not really a big problem for me. However for a family with elderly maybe should search for a nearer hotels if possible, or else you need to use the free shuttle service or taxis all the times, just walk 2 minutes to catch a taxi from the hotel entrance. There is a small hill, but again should not be problem for youngsters. Foods? Worry not. Lots of restaurants nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small 2 bed room. Not for big family. The hotel is so close to Haram, well furnished, has a refrigerator, cattle, coffee tea A.C but small bathroom. Highly recommend for singels

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very bad experience to stay with this hotel in Makkah, I have booked it through Booking(dot) com, the room was very congested for a couple, No cleanliness even after giving then several reminders, the location was given on site is also wrong. The Distance from Haram was also not correct when I informed the Booking(dot) com they didn't bother about my complain and told me that we are unable to cancel your booking. Very pathetic and I strongly dislike and Never Recommend this hotel to book online and stay there.

The room equipped with kitchen stuff.
Location is about 15 minutes walking to Al haram also they have shuttle to transport to/from haram before/after each prayer (i didn't try it honestly)
The AC was noisy and room was small.
Overall it was pleasant stay and good value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is tough to rate a 3, the service was great at the front desk, the people are wonderful working there... but the hotel is obsolete! No towels, no bedding as in queen, king beds isn't regularly available.
I feel that they have a lot of potential but they aren't really working hard to get it!
