★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I installed a Fiji air-conditioning system through out my home and it was the worst decision I ever made. This is a very bad company with very bad customer service. A problem happened with the air-conditioning system and I've been calling them for 2.5 months trying to make them fix it but it turns out that they don't know how to fix their own company product. All their engineers came over to my house but no one managed to fix it and even though it shows in error code so identifying the problem is supposed to be easy. As a result I was left for 2.5 months without an AC.
