س	سامي البخاري on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ استراحة لا بأس بها تحتاج لصيانة الأدوات الصحية بشكل كامل لأنها متهالكة تقريباً، بعض البلاطات في أطراف المسابح تحتاج لصيانة و تغيير البلاطات المكسورة ، درج مسبح الألعاب المائية يحتاج لتركيب قطع مانعة للانزلاق الوضع الحالي زلق جداً و الدرج نفسه يحتاج لإعادة نظر بسبب صغر حجم الدرج ، توجد مجموعة من الانارات تحتاج لتغيير و زيادة لبعض الأماكن ، طاولات الشاي نوعية سيئة و ذات حواف حادة و بارزة و خطرة على الأطفال في حال السقوط على الطاولات او بالقرب منها لا توجد مناديل في الغرف و لا في دورات المياه و كذلك لا يوجد صابون في الحمامات و لا في المطابخ و شكراً A good break that needs to maintain the sanitary ware completely because it is almost dilapidated, some tiles at the ends of the pools need maintenance and change the broken tiles, the stairs of the water games pool need to install anti-slip pieces, the current situation is very slippery and the stairs themselves need to be reconsidered due to the small size of the stairs, There are a number of lights that need to be changed and increased for some places. ن	نادي توفيق on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المكان رائع والالعاب المائيه جميله والمسبح كبير ماشاء الله بس نقصت نجمه لأجل الاهتمام بالحمامات الله يكرمكم المياه جدااا ضعيفه والدش خربان والمغسله اللي برا مافيها ماء ياليت تهتمو بدي النقطه عانينا مع الحمامات والترويش وشكرا لكم كان يوم جميل والحمدلله The place is wonderful, the water games are beautiful, and the pool is large, God willing, but I decreased one star for taking care of the bathrooms. R	Reemah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ النظافه سيئه جدا يوجد فشار على الطاقه! ولا يمكنك فتح كراج الشباك هذا غير الغبار والحشرات الاستراحه كامله تحتاج تنظيف عميق للارضيات والجدران والشبابيك والأثاث والمسبح وبالأخص مسبح الكبار وتوفير سلات مهملات في دورات المياه والغرف، والثلاجه لا تبرد ومتسخه ببقايا الاكل والمشروبات والتلفاز بلا رسيفر (دش)، رغم اننا وصلنا في الوقت المتفق عليه إلا أن الاستراحه لم تجهز للاستقبال من ناحيه تشغيل المكيفات والنظافه والاضاءه نصف ساعه او اكثر ذهبت ونحن ننتظر هذه الاجرائات تنفذ و التي من المفترض تكون قبل وصول الزبون The hygiene is very bad, there is popcorn on the power!
