★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best hospital of a bad bunch. It's staff are terrible and it's expensive however we are covered by bupa. The hospital lacks quality services and care. If I had a choice I would not go here. Parking is a mare to. My advice is to go Jeddah but it's far. The physio section is the worse o have seen in 30 years. The Filipino staff are horrible and make my blood boil.

With very awful medical and customer service
In there you will find yourself dealing with a flue market sellers not a professional medical team that makes you think twice before you go there and deal with those people
The pharmacy is good clean and tidy with professional team of pharmacists that you can depend on their knowledge, experience and advice.
Parking is available but sometimes crowdy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had visited this hospital many times with my family and colleagues, one reason is that it is one of the good hospitals in the city of Taif, if you want to save sometime and less hassle, prefer to go there, waiting time might me lengthy but you would get a good treatment. Its not the best due to many reasons one of which is the language barrier but it can be categorised as good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From what I’ve heard from people who worked and stayed in the hospital, it is not the best nor is the cheapest medical facility in the region but it definitely the cleanest compared even to some government hospitals. It is unfair though to readily judge that the staffs are bad or that the class of doctors reflects the whole image of the hospital. It is of little known fact that this facility strives to attain 100 percent customer satisfaction, but that in itself is a hit or miss. At different times of the day of any week at any given year, staff and patients have different moods. Especially during Ramadan, patient and staff tend to be hot headed because of sheer volume of people getting hospitalized. I suggest that going there early in the morning to avoid other patients when they all come in the afternoon. The medical staffs, doctors and nurses as well as the cleaners worked very hard and they are not machines, they are people and when they are treated nicely they will in turn be more than willing to render good service to you and your relatives and you will have a better experience. Asking politely will always be taken care of right away.
