★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service are poor its just like they dont like to work. I asked someone to assist me to check if there is available stock for pressure cooker and his hesitant to come over. And the lady in the counter was not approachable and if ever u can train also ur staff to talk and understand english that would be a great help maybe she just hesistant to answer me because of the language barrier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to check for iphone 13 pro prices. The price at store was different vs the online price.
At the portal there was no mention if this was online exclusive price. Also what I noticed that the original price at store was 4599, online they put it as 5199 and after discount the price was 4499. The 700 discount is actually 100 riyals disc only. This is commercial fraud. I hope somebody takes action against them.
I requested the staff to confirm the price. They kept passing it on to each other and made me wait 15mins. You're selling these phones howcome your staff is not aware of these prices. Zero courtesy. Poor customer service.
