★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a regular customer of Extra up Until, I Bought Galaxy S21 FE on the salesman confirmation that this phone has eSim option, After buying I see this don’t have eSim, So Just after one hour I came back to Extra and asked them to return the mobile because it doesn’t have the promised feature , But They refused to return and said they can return only by cutting 30% of the total amount. That is disgusting, You have a salesman who is selling item by lying to the customer.
