Even when you buy they doesn't provide bag for your purchase. Very rude employees very ruthless dealing with customers. Everyone thinks of himself as the owner of the store. Really hated it.

before salah
Immediately after salah we came to say this item is not the right item because it does not have microphone. We told him we only want to exchange
He said u should have read the policy. And there was absolutely no one to help we waited in ile for 30 minutes
In the end we told him keep the product and the money. We were treated disrespectfully. Service was terrible
When we were outside and saw him. We told him again to get the manager to call us and then he mentioned something to the effect that they will do nothing about it and he screamed at us.
We told him its not right what you doing.
Which is haram
To which he hame to the car and spat in the car. And was screaming at us
He had two other people which were laughing at us
