★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will not recommend Extra stores because they have hidden charges. When you buy something they will force you to pay almost 400+SAR extra on each item to take Extra stores warranty. If you will not pay you can't claim any warranty on Extra stores in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just came just now to buy my iPhone 13 proMax. I ask the guy assigned in that area. Someone came to ask about apple watch and he entertain that person first than mine. Maybe they think that i dont have money to afford iphone 13 promax. . They just get the phone from the stockroom then after that kahlas. No instructions. Nothing els. I asked the other guy if where are the cover of it he just say there pin pointing where it is and never walked with me to assist and show me the thing that i am looking for. I feel sad about this. Hopefully they will not do it with other nationality again. If you have job. Love your job and do it properly. I hope the admin of this store will pay attention to this matter because treatment to customer is very important. Before i came i am very excited but now i don’t feel okay because of how they treated me. ????

When pointed out, made a lot of stories that the staff will have to bear the price difference, then made us wait long to give it at the right price from the customer service (nobody showed up!)... In the end, we ended up paying the higher price. Not a pleasant experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was hardwork to find someone to answer our queries. Everybody seemed busy except we where one of the few clients in the store. Once we got a guy. He was so impatient that he just was gone in a second.
I went to jareer and had a better customer service there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All electronics and house appliances in one single place. However still the service in the showroom is so slow and it's so damn frustrating when they make you feel like if they're doing a favor for you by assisting you. Everytime I go there i just wish I had bought the stuff online!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service I have ever received in my life! I don't recommend anyone to go to Extra!
I bought an iPhone costs me 5k SR and turns out it is broken and can't connect to any network and I can't make or receive calls!!! I returned it to the maintenance to fix the problem they said it will take maximum 14 days. They were not committed to the 14 days! On day 17 after I have raised many complaints no one gave me any updates!!! Then finally I received a call they told me we returned your phone to the store and they didn’t even touch the iPhone they asked me to go to the store to request again!!!!!!! Why is that I can’t understand!
and 17days were for nothing they didn’t fix the device...
Buying from extra was the biggest mistake I have ever done.. But Never ever again. I literally paid a lot of money and for nothing they don't even bother to contact me and keep me updated!
