★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best sushi place in town, affordable prices and good quality. Portions are fair compare to what you pay. Service is fast and good. Always crowded. Crazy maki, California maki, volcano maki are the best rolls. Dynamite shrimp as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best Japanese cuisines you have to visit and dine with. You shouldn't missed the Kani salad and all of their selection of sushi and makki. Tried also their gyoza and it's one of the best appetizer you must have in your order. Place is easy to locate and restaurant is clean. Even the staffs are accommodating and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average experience, nothing wowed me. We've ordered the: Asian salad, refreshing but needs more dressing.
Samurai Sushi roll, was fried and lost a bit of it's flavor.
Pad Thai which was the reason for my visit, was spicy and tasted like raw tomato which was weird for me and a bit disappointing.
Shanghai beef noodles, the beef is tender and the sauce was good but again light so we've ordered extra sauce on the side.
Plain noodles and fried rice for the kids, they liked them because they were light on the sauces.
Ice tea for the drink, was not sweet enough and not that special.
Overall, they need to add more flavor to enhance their food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service and absolutely no effort from the workers with multiple instances. The waiters greet you with unfriendly faces and horrible atititude.
We have come here with a large group of friends for a surprise birthday party. The place was half empty. We brought the candles and everyone was gathered. We had simple requests for the waiters. "Call us once the food is done, don't bring it." And we asked them if they had lighters for the candles and they said yes and agreed. We didn't expect them to sing or anything. We just wanted to be informed and we would handle everything.
Regardless of that, they still brought half the food without contacting anyone of us, not even the whole order. Then shortly after they brought the other half with UNLIT candles. Completely ruining the surprise. At the very minimum, they should call someone over to light the candles if they couldn't.
On another instance, I have asked for an order from the waiter mid dining and the waiter acknowledged me and looked at me. Then we wait for my order for 30 minutes, then ask them and they say no order was made.
This is the last time my friends and I ever step foot in Agus. Horrible experiences.
