It's a nice furnished apartment to stay night, week and monthly basis

Clean place, Professional staff. The only thing it need to be taking care off is the Air condition locations in the rooms, its blowing the air into your face.

Decent treatment and all services are available and matches on the channels between Sport are available They are only occasionally delayed by the service

There's a grocery store close by - ATM - pharmacy - and the mall is pretty close too , good price, plus they have kids playground , like what do u want more???! But no clean sheets :(

Good and clean, wireless signal was a bit off but acceptable

The hotel is good if you are going to stay here for less than 3 days, after that bitter hidden truth is going to reveal it self I will upload step by step. Internet Speed Internet speed is very slow and usually its get better after 1 am when most of the guest in room go to bed. However during weekend its pathetic. Internet coverage In your room, you will only get the Wifi signal in living area, There's no wifi signal in bedroom area so beside speed you have no wifi service in your bedroom on complaining they say this is what it is, the signal could reach till here, if you want to use internet come to living area. Poor lightening in Washroom The lights in washroom is so less and its very hard for you if you want to shave. Window in your room There’s no window in your living or bed room, making your room congested and after three days you will be feeling like you are choked. Utensil in your room. If you are staying in apartment room, which they only have, the kitchen lacks some very basic utensils. Like they don’t have any peeler, good knife, any wooden spoon or normal cooking spoons, whisks, spatulas, and tongs, can opener, mixer, Blenders and many more. No charging point in living area. Its very hard to find any power socket in living area so if you are planning to do any work in living area forget that you have any charging spot. Toiletry in Washroom. Forget that you get any Toiletry in washroom, the only thing you get is Soap and towel, and you will get it on asking, however even you ask 100 times for toilet tissue they won’t be providing you. Drinking water. This is a furnished apartment but you won’t get any drinking water, you have to go to market and buy it by yourself. They only have small bottle for sale so imagine if you are going to stay for a week and with dry weather of Riyadh you need to drink lot of water, so this hotel can only sell you small bottle of water. Air Con The Air Condition is so pathetic that it doesn’t have remote in your room, there is only red button which can either turn it on or off. So there is no control of AC. Heating. During winter season the Temperature in Riyadh could go upto 9 degree centigrade, so imagine that there is no heating available in it and Air Con is not reversible. So they can do only cooling without any control over it. Water on the washroom Floor. The drainage system of washroom is pitiable, so after a bath there is lot of water on the floor which you could see in my Picture. BED Mattress is so old that it will unleashed the hidden backbone pain, after 4 day my back bone starts paining and then I realized that is because of mattress, later on I started to sleep on the floor. Fitness center, The status of fitness center is so pathetic that I don’t have the words to explain my feeling. I’m not exaggerating but its truth, not a single machine, yes not a signal machine is functional. From tread mill to weight machine, everything is broken and on asking they said that usually guest don’t go to gym, so it’s a symbol that this hotel has gym but on ground you can’t use it and when you enter in it you will feel that this room is been looked for ages such a bad smell. Room Cleaning. Happened with me 5 to 6 time that in morning I request the guys to clean the room and when I came back from office, the room is not been cleaned and then the promise, next time we will clean it and you wont get this service but again you will get the same ruthless behavior. Kitchen Exhaust. On my room kitchen Exhaust ( range hood) is not working, I found this after a week when I started the cooking and the room is filled with smoke, the owner asked me to change the room but I hate to do packing and unpacking. SUMMARY So to summarize the hotel is good if you planning to stay for less than 4 to 5 days, otherwise please choose something else.

Good place to stay, very friendly staff and always ready to help The only issue you won't like is parking your vehicle as it's full most of times All the best guy's

I was recommended from a friend to stay at this place during Ramadan. It’s very family friendly, the flat is very well maintained, rooms are spacious, and the location is near to many shops & restaurants.
