★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نماذج متنوعة والتسويق والشرح ممتاز .. لكن الأسعار مبالغ فيها كمشروع تحت الإنشاء وبيع ع الخارطة.
Various models, marketing and explanation are excellent..but the prices are exaggerated as a project under construction and selling off plan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الموقع جيد ولكن لا يرتقي الى طموح اغلب الزوار حيث ان اغلب الزوار يتطلعون الى الاستقلال وعدم المشاركة ويصلح للشباب المقبلين على الزواج والعوائل الصغيره

موظف الاستقبال ليس لديه خبرة في الاستقبال و الضيافة ( استقبلني وهو في السيارةفي المواقف يقولي ايش عندك)؟؟؟!!!
Their prices are ridiculous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مكتب جديد للعقار وعندهم مشروع اكنان العوالي شقق تمليك..اظن فوق 100 وحدة سكنية ..والتفاصيل عندهم في المكتب.. بالنسبة للتقييم بنجمة حتى استطيع التعليق وبعد زيارتي لهم ممكن اعدل تقييمي لهم. وشكرا

الأسعار للأسف خيالية ومبالغ فيها جدا جدا جدا جدا .. كيف شقة تمليك مساحتها 100 وشوي تبدأ الأسعار من 700 الف!!!
الناس استغلوا الفرصة بحجة ان العوالي حي راقي ..كلن يرفع السعر بكيفه ..خلاص كلها كم سنة ويصير مثل العتيبية من كثرة الزحام والمحلات والعمال.

People took advantage of the opportunity under the pretext that Al-Awali is an upscale neighborhood..they all raise the price in their own way.. it’s all for how many years, and it becomes like Al-Otaibiah due to the large number of crowds, shops and workers.
