★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المحل حلو لكن موظفينهم نفسياتهم ششششينه .. كتبت تعليقي بعد اكثر من ٤ زيارات عشان ماكون ظالمتهم واعطي تقييم من زياره وحده .. لازم يعرفون كيف يتعاملون مع العميل بلباقه
 The shop is nice, but their employees are mentally deranged.. I wrote my comment after more than 4 visits so that I would not be unfair to them and give an evaluation from one visit alone.. They must know how to deal with the customer tactfully

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أسوأ خدمة عملاء شفتها بحياتي عندهم، أصلًا ما فيه خدمة بالموضوع أبدًا!
نرسل واتساب يقرون ولا يردون! نرسل لحق التوصيل طلبات برضو نفس الشيء ما فيه أي رد!
على كثر أرقامهم وحساباتهم إلا إنهم ما عمرهم نفعونا بشيء وبكل مرة أضطر أطلع وأشوف وأدور بنفسي! لدرجة صرت إذا طلعت أروح لأي محل ثاني ولو كان أقل خيارات بس مستحيل أروح لهم من سوء خدمتهم!
الخدمة رقم واحد بالنجاح وفشلوا فيها فشل ذريع.
They have the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life, they have absolutely no service at all!
We send WhatsApp they acknowledge and do not reply! We send requests for the right to delivery, the same thing, there is no response!
Despite their many numbers and accounts, they have never helped us with anything, and every time I have to look around and see for myself! To the extent that if I go out, I go to any other store, even if it has fewer options, but it is impossible to go to them because of their poor service!
Service number one with success and failed miserably.
