Over priced, sort of exploiting the Pakistani community as expected because some of the Pakistani products are exclusively found there although with some efforts you can find in other places in same area
Access is pathetic with narrow streets with
No parking
Shop is like never renovated for 15 years
They should do some uplifting and face lifting
But still at least one of the only places in Riyadh where you can find pan ghutka supari etc
