★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are multiple brand shopping complex. Very big one. There are many cafeteria and restaurants. There's a small food court. Very neat and clean. Always security check the temperature before entering the mall. There are few gold shops. Good for childrens dresses. Parking is available. Big parking lot. There's a Akaria compound nearby it. Some shops give good offers. Very rare shops with good items are present here. Its a very long shopping mall in between a road is divide by mall

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If not the first mall in Riyadh, this is one of the oldest malls that is still operational. From akariyah 1 to the newest, akariya 4.
I always visit akariya 1 & 2. It’s quiet old compared to the malls we have now, the place is well maintained; very clean and pleasant.
The reason why I keep visiting this mall is because I always find some brands (even luxurious one) being sold in an affordable price. It’s good to shop here if you are a wise shopper.

No renovations
Elevators suck
Escalators every now and then stop working
And i dont think the management are willing to pay to fix the mess
