★ ★ ★ ★ ★ برنامج الكوالين الخاصة بالشركة ضعيف ، اشترينا منهم باللاف كوالين فندقية وسوفت وير ، وعند تعطل البرنامج لا توجد خدمة ما بعد البيع او دعم فني سريع لإصلاح العطل ، مما تسبب فى مشكلات كبيرة جدا مع العملاء والنزلاء لدينا.
