★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوء تعامل فيما بعد البيع وغرفهم الشبابية سيئة الى ابعد حد
تكسرت مسارات ادراج التسريحة وسقطت الادراج فوق بعضها من اول استخدام
ومماطلة كبيرة جدا من الصيانع استغرقت اكثر من ٢٥ يوم ومازالت الى حد الان
تعطلت فرامل ابواب الدولاب من اول استخدام
تعامل سيء من قبل الادارة
مماطلة وكذب في المواعيد
ردا على تعليق الاخ المالك
الغرفة لم يمض على استخدامها اسبوع واحد
وجاءت فرقة الصيانه وبتعامل سيء جدا وبردود وقحة من قبل العمال وعادت المشكلة بعد اقل من عشر دقائق
وعامل الصيانه يقول
( اش تبغى اسويلك )
وتم ابلاغ الادارة وتم اعطائي موعد بعد عشرة ايام والى الان لم يتن عمل اي شيء
لم انشر الا بعد نفاذ الحلول في يدي ويأسي من حل المشكلة بشكل يرضي الكرفين
ولا اقول الا حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل

صراحة اسوا محل اخذت منه وتعامل سيئ جدا وعمال التركيب لا يفقهون شي ووجدت الكرسي مسكور من اول ٣ ايام وتم اصلاحه
مشكلتي مع المرتبه ضمان ٦ سنوات وسعرها تقريبا ١٣٨٠ريال ومن ثاني شهر صار فيها هبوط وتم تغييرها بمرتبه اخرى ونفس المشكله هبطت والان لي اكثر من ٣ اسابيع اتصل عليهم ولم يتم التجاوب بخصوص المرتبه
حسبي الله عليهم ولن اسامحهم وسوف اشتري مرتبه اخرى والله يعوض علي

تم تركيب الغرفه بطريقة سيئه للغاية وتم التواصل مع الادارة و ابلغوني بأنه هذه طريقتهم بالتركيب!!!
