★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تم حجز تورته شوكلاته واللي استلمته ماله علاقة بالشوكلاته!!!! تورته ب 120 كلها ألوان الكبار والاطفال يدينهم وو جيههم لون اسود صبغ تغسل وجهك ويديك ما يروح !!!!!!
تواصلت معهم ويقولون لون طبيعي!! قلت ما طلبت ألوان اضافيه او اصباغ معينه طالب شوكلاته و تم التجاهل !!!
بصراحه اخذت منهم كثييير من المحل لكن اخر مره ازور او اطلب منهم للأسف ??

تحجز عنده شوكلت وتتفق معه وتتفاجأ بأنه يرسلك يقول الأنواع اللي حجزتها غير موجوده؟ مع إنها موجوده أثناء الحجز والحجز قبل المناسبة باسبوع .
والأدهى والأمر أنه أكتشف إن أحد صحون الشوكلا منتهي تاريخه وتدارك الموظف الموضوع ... طبعا اللي تعاملت معه غير سعودي وهو اللي كان يدير المحل
للأسف بعض صحون الشوكلت على الأرض (على البلاط) وهذا أعتبره عيب ذريع لايغتفر ، لاحظت هذي المشكلة في فرعهم بالزلفي وفي المجمعة .. والصورة تتكلم .. لدرجة إن التغليف لبعض الصحون منفتح وغير نظيف . وطلبت منه يعيد التغليف وكان تجاوبه سريع .
محل بهذا المستوى وفروعه منتشره وديكوراته جميلة مايقدر يوفر طاولات أو أستاندات يضع علها منتجاته
الإدارة تحتاج تطوير وإعادة نظر في فروعها وترتيبها ونظافتها
المميزات :
طعم الشوكلا لذيذ جدا ، كذلك البقلاوة ..
الصحون جميلة ورائعه جدا ..
السعر أعتبره مناسب ، وهذي مميزات تجذب الزبائن .
أتمنى من الإدارة تلافي العيوب وأخذها بعين الأعتبار ، يتغير التقييم عند تغير الملاحظات

A shop of this level, its branches are spread out and its decor is beautiful. It can not provide tables or stands on which to place its products
The administration needs to develop and review its branches, order and cleanliness

صار عندهم كيكات لذييييذة جربت الفستق وجربت اللي نكهتها نوتيلا كانوا بطلااااات
الكيكات الصغار البسيطة اسعارها حلوه جداً
فيه الكيكات الفخمه اسعارها كويسة بعد
عندهم صواني الشوكولاته ماجربت طعمهم لكن احجام كبيرة جداً
عندهم موالح و ورق عنب واشياء صغيره باسعار مناسبة صورت منه جزززء بسيييييط من المحل
