★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ما شاء الله .. فندق جميل وراقي واكثر من رائع وتعامل جدا محترم انصح بزيارته ولي زياره ثانيه باذن الله .. كل الشكر للعاملين في هذا المكان الجميل

الحقيقه كل التقييم الموجود كذب والاقرب ماله ان اهالي المنطقة هم نفسهم رافعين تقييم الفندق.
الفندق الصراحه مايستاهل ولا ٤ نجوم مرمم كامل الابوب متهالكه المبنى مائل تحس بدوخه كل ماطلعت ولا نزلت ومراتب الأسره غير متساويه من كثره الاستخدام اخيرا وليس آخرا دروات المياه تخرخر ماء مع كل جهه.
نقطه اخيره الفندق رفض الدفع بالشكبه بحكم انه فيه عطل ولا اعلم هل العطل حقيقي او انهم يتهربون من مصلحه الضرائب والاستقبال طيب لكن طلبت مفرش من الساعه ٨ ماوصل الا ١١ وفيه بقع ايضا.
الفندق ميزته الوحيده انه نظيف من ناحيه الفرش والأرضيه

The truth is, all the existing evaluation is a lie, and the closest to it is that the people of the area are the same as raising the evaluation of the hotel.
The hotel is frankly not worth it, not 4 stars, completely restored, the doors are dilapidated, the building is tilted, you feel dizzy every time you go out or go down, and the mattresses of the beds are uneven from the frequent use, last but not least, the toilets are purring with water on each side.
One last point. The hotel refused to pay the network because it had a malfunction. I don't know if the holidays are real or they are evading the tax authority. The reception is ok, but I asked for a mattress from 8 o'clock, and it arrived only at 11, and it also had stains.
The hotel's only advantage is that it is clean in terms of furniture and flooring

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بشكل عام جيدة ولا بأس وبها ولكن يعيبها بعض الأشياء كـ:
- شبكة الإنترنت ضعيفة جدًا جدًا
- تجاوب العمال ضعيف
- تحويلة للتواصل مع الاستقبال
- إشارة القنوات التلفزيونية ضعيفة
- لا يوجد مقهى
- لا يوجد سداد إلكتروني
- مصعد واحد مما يتسبب في الانتظار لوقت طويل.
مميزاتها:
موقعها ممتاز والأسعار معقولة وتعامل الاستقبال السعودي جيد وكذلك المواقف جيدة أيضًا.
أتمنى أن أعود لها مرة أخرى وألا أشاهد الملاحظات السلبية كما شاهدتها الآن.

The signal of the TV channels is weak
There is no cafe
There is no electronic payment
One elevator causing a long wait.
Features:
Its location is excellent, the prices are reasonable, the Saudi reception is good, and the attitudes are also good.
I hope to come back to her again and not see the negative comments like I did now.

رد المالك ...لم يعجبني لأنك لم تكن موجود بالمكان وتترك العماره هم من يحددون النظافه للزائر وانا لست حاقد او حاسد للاسف الفندق جميل ونزلت فيه لانه أعجبني لكن عندما طلبنا فرش اضافي للاولاد تفاجانا بقرش لسه جدا وعمالتك الاجنبيه هم من قدموه لنا وكنا نتمنى وجود موظف سعودي ونحن اخذنا ٣ شقق وجميعنا تفاجانا بوساخه الفرش الإضافي ولك ان تتحقق بذلك بطريقتك اذا كنت تريد تكسب نزلاء دائمين

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للوهلة الأولى أعجبني مظهر الغرف ولكن تفاجأت بوجود نمل على السرير في الغرفة رقم ٣٠٥ فتم تغيير الغرفة الى ٣٠٣ وتفاجأت بعد الاستقرار في الغرفة بأن دورة المياه تحتوي على شباك ضخم قريب لمستوى الأرض يطل على الشارع دون أي سواتر فيكشف جميع ارجاء دورة المياه بمثابة معرض لمرتادي الشارع والأدهى والأمر أن التلفزيون لا يعمل وعلى ذاك وذاك لا يوجد خدمة انترنت ..
بالله على ايش ١٥٠ ريال في غير موسم وتدني الخدمة.. حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل على هذا الاستغلال والتدني في إحترام وتقدير العملاء
