★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فرعهم اللي بطريق الملك عبدالعزيز بعنيزة اللي فيه موظفة لو ماتلقى غيره لاتستأجر منه ، موظفه مستهتره المفترض اسلم لهم السيارة بعد صلاة العصر حسب المتفق لأني وراي سفر وجت الساعه ٤:٣٠ وهي ماداومت والعامل رفض يستلم السيارة لحد ماتواصلنا مع الادارة ، اتمنى الادارة تعيد النظر بكفاءة والتزام الاشخاص اللي يمسكون الفروع مع العلم كل الشركات اللي جنبهم فاتحين بعد صلاة العصر مباشرة

السياره قذره يخذه من للي قبلك ويعطيك اياه بدون تنضيف او اقل شي تكنس عطاني سياره الكفر نقص هواه وفيها رجه آخر تجربه لو ما احصل غيره

اصنف تجربتي الأولى والتي كانت في فرع عنيزة ضمن أقل محلات تأجير السيارات اللي تعاملت معهم من ناحية التعامل مع العميل، وكذلك جودة ونظافة المركبات.
موظفي الخدمة الامامية يحتاجون تدريب على التعامل مع العميل.
كذلك يحتاجون إلى دراية بأسعار وأنواع السيارات المتوفرة بالفرع.
ولابد الحرص على فحص ونظافة السيارة قبل تسليمها للمستاجر.
