★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تمت معاينه الشقه واتفقت اخذه يوم ولكن بعد مااستأجرته وشغلت المكيفات طلعت مغبررره جدا ولا تحتمل طلعت للاستقبال لاسترداد المبلغ والبحث عن شقه اخرى للامانه الاستقبال ودود جدا وتفهم وضع الشقه بعد ماجاء معي وشافه لكن مدير الشقق مصري رفض ارجاع المبلغ ومارجع الا نصف المبلغ مع اني ماكملت نص ساعه بالشقه حاولت اتواصل مع المالك لكن لايوجد تجاوب انتبهوا منها

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is good.. Facilities are very poor.. There is no waste bin in the room. There is noSoap and shap holder in the bathroom. The furniture like sofa sets in the hall almost broken.... Over all very poor facilities are they are providing.. Not recommending
