م	محمــد G1 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المكان تقييمه عالي قلت بمره بحكم اني ساكن قريب اشوف ليش عالي جيت مالقيت احد بالرسيبشن جلسة اصووت نص ساعه محد طلع وتبين لي ان الاسسعار مقاربه لفندق 4 نجوم وبخدمات متكامله عندهم لايوجد خدمه تنظيف يومياً ولا يوجد اهتمام بالنظافه وادواتها تقييم عالي مدري على ايش!! The place has a high rating. I said once, because I live nearby. Why is that so high? I did not meet anyone in the reception. I voted for a half hour. It came out and it became clear to me that the prices are close to a 4-star hotel and with integrated services. They do not have a daily cleaning service and there is no interest in hygiene and its tools A high rating on what!!

n	nayef aljawini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أسوأ مكان ممكن تختارة النظافة صفر والاثاث متهالك ولا وجدت غيرها بسبب الزحام في المدينة وأجروها لي ب300 ريال وهي والله ما تسوى 70 ريال ووصلت الفجر بعد رحلة طويلة واحتجنا نشتري ماء للشرب ولك ان تتخيل ان ما عندهم ماء والشقة بدون مناديل ولا طبعا مناشف ودخلنا واثار الساكن القديم موجودة كبواقي الدخان والشعر متناثر على الارض ولا يوجد سجادة صلاة ولا اشارات القبلة ولما طلبنا عامل النظافة اجابونا بأنه نايم اين الرقابة من مثل هذه الأماكن ؟! The worst place you could choose Cleanliness is zero and the furniture is worn out I did not find another because of the crowding in the city and they paid it to me for 300 riyals, and by God, it is not worth 70 riyals The dawn arrived after a long journey and we needed to buy water to drink But you can imagine that they do not have water, and the apartment is without tissues, nor of course towels And we entered, and the traces of the old inhabitant are present as remnants of smoke and hair scattered on the ground There is no prayer rug or qiblah signs, and when we asked the cleaner, they told us that he was sleeping Where is the censorship from such places?!
Y	Yasser Aldayri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أجنحة مفروشة استأجرت فيها لمدة اربع ليالي وتم الحجز عن طريق تطبيق بوكينق وسوف يتم ذكر الايجابيات والسلبيات للموقع. الايجابيات : • السعر مناسب جداً. • حجم الشقة ممتاز. • يتوفر عدة احجام للشقق، غرفة وغرفتين مع خدماتها. السلبيات : • مستوى النظافة متدني. • مرافق دورة المياه متضررة. • التأخر في التجاوب في اصلاح الاعطال اثناء الاقامة، حيث انني استلمت الغرفة وسخان المياه متعطل ولم يتم ابلاغي بذلك وتم اصلاح بعد يومين من السكن. • عدم التفاعل او الرد من قبل المسؤول عن رقم الشكاوي. • عدم توفر وسائل الدفع عن طريق البطاقة او الحوالة البنكية فقط يقبلوا الكاش. • محدودية المواقف، حيث يوجد مواقف سفلية ولكنها مغلقة. Negatives : • The level of cleanliness is low. • Toilet facilities are damaged. • The delay in responding to the repair of faults during the stay, as I received the room and the water heater was out of order, and I was not informed of this, and it was repaired after two days of accommodation. • No interaction or response by the person responsible for the complaints number. • Unavailability of payment methods via card or bank transfer. They only accept cash. • Limited parking, as there are underground parking spaces, but they are closed.
H	Hussam Fawzy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أسوأ خدمة استقبال ممكن تقابلها حجزت من بوكينج وعند الوصول موظف الاستقبال قال الحجز موجود والشقة غير متاحة واعطاني شقة اصغر بثمن اعلى مستغل تاخر الوقت وان معي عائلة ولما سالته مش خايف على سمعتكم قال عملتها كتير وما حصل شيء!!!! الغرفة نظيفة والموقع سيء بمراجعة اراء العملاء وجدت... كثير يشكو نفس شكوتي الاراء الجيدة تستخدم نفس الجملة بما يوحي انها مصطنعة Worst reception service you can meet I booked from Booking and upon arrival the receptionist said the reservation exists and the apartment is not available and gave me a smaller apartment at a higher price, taking advantage of the time delay and that I have a family And when I asked him, I was not afraid for your hearing, he said I did it a lot and nothing happened!!!! The room is clean and the location is bad By reviewing customer reviews, I found... Many complain the same as mine Good opinions use the same phrase to suggest that it is fake
