★ ★ ★ ★ ★ عملت نظارة طبية مع عدسات زرقاء ترانزيشن نوع Ziess الألمانية لابني، تعامل جميع الموظفين كان طيب والموعد كان دقيق أنصح بهم ولي عودة بإذن الله لشراء نظارة شمسية بعد ان أزودهم بموديل النظارة نوع ريبان والاتفاق على السعر عن طريق الواتسب
I made glasses with German Ziess Transition blue lenses for my son. All the employees dealt well and the time was accurate. I advise them and I will return, God willing, to buy sunglasses after I provide them with the Ray-Ban glasses model and agree on the price via WhatsApp

جاني موظف وجلست اختار نظارتي وبعد الاختيار سفهني وراح لزباين ( بنات ) وكان ياخذ مقاسهم
انتظرت قلت يمكن يرجع او يجي موظف غيره لكن للاسف بعد انتظار خمس دقايق محد عبرني ومشيت
المشكله اني زبون هالمحل من سنوات لكن هالتصرف خلاني امشي واروح افصل برى حتى لو بزياده ٥٠٠ ريال مايهم دام المحل مايحترم العميل

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعامل غير لائق وأسعار أغلى، لا انصح ابدأ التعامل معهم إلا للضرورة.
حصلت لي مشكلة معهم بعد طلب العدسات اكتشفوا انهم لا يمكنهم توفير المقاس المطلوب
اتصل علي موظف المحل بأسلوب غير مقبول يطالبني بدفع ٨٠ ريال رسوم فحص.
واتصالات من موظف المحل وصاحب المحل بطريقة تعتبر غير مهنية الله يهديهم.
و يجب وضع لوحات واضحة وليس مجرد استدراج عميل،
بالاضافة انه اعطوني المقاس خطاء وبعد عدة محاولات وشرح لهم وافقوني على المقاس الذي كنت احتاجه.

In addition, they gave me the wrong size, and after several attempts and explained to them, they agreed to the size I needed.
