اشكر الدكتور وائل على ادائة وحسن اخلاقه وخفة يدة ماشاءالله عليه افضل دكتور تم الخلع ولم اعلم انه انهى عمله بدون اي مبالغه ماشاءالله عليه
واشكر الموظفات في الاستقبال على حسن التعامل وسرعه انهاء الاجرائات

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيء سيء سيء اسوووووووء عيادة رحت لها لاشغل زين لامكان ولا اسلوووووب ?? موعدي 12:30 وجايه قبله بعشر دقايق احترام للموعد ! وتجي الدكتورة اسماء تدخل وحده قبلي وانا جالسه قدام عيونهااا وقلت وقت موعدي قالت ان ذي جلسه وانتي رتوش !!!!!!! بااي حق تاخروووني وماادخل الا 1 وربع كله انتظر الي قبل وموعدي 12:30 !!!!! واكلم الاستقبال بسبب التاخير ويعطوني حجج انو يمكن خلص الغاز ووو ! اي اسلوب هذا فوق الشغل الزفت لافيه دقه ولاشي نص الشعر فيه تتلاعبون بالمواعيد !!!!!!
Bad Bad Bad Bad Oooooooow, a clinic I went to to work Zain for no place or way ? ? My appointment is 12:30 and it's ten minutes before it, respect for the appointment! And Dr. Asmaa came in alone before me while I was sitting in front of her eyes, and I said the time of my appointment, she said that this is a session and you are touching!!!!!! By any right, I was late, and I only entered 1 and a quarter, all of them waited for me before my appointment was 12:30!!!!! I spoke to the reception because of the delay, and they gave me arguments that the gas could be relieved, wow! What style is this above the asphalt work? There is no accuracy, and there is nothing in the text of poetry in which you manipulate appointments!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بتكلم عن تجربتي انا واختي للتقويم مع الدكتوره مهيره الحمدلله كانت النتيجه مرضيه بس للامانه مانظفت الاسنان مادري هل لازم انا اطلبه! لكن المعروف انه لازم تنظف بعد ماتشيل التقويم
ومن ناحية المواعيد ممتازين ويتجاوبون معي دايم والموظفات عند الاستقبال لطيفات واسلوبهن جميل ?
I am talking about my sister and I’s orthodontic experience with Dr. Mahira, Alhamdulillah, the result was satisfactory, but to be honest, I didn’t clean the teeth, I don’t know if I should ask for it! But it is known that it must be cleaned after the calendar is removed
In terms of appointments, they are excellent and always respond to me, and the staff at the reception are nice and their style is beautiful ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المكان وصخ جداً وحاولت اشتكي عليهم وبستمر اشتكي عليهم :) غرفة الليزر لازم انبههم على كل شي يسوونه مايحطون ورق ع السرير لكل مراجع + الكريمات مفتوحه اكثر من مراجعه تستخدم نفس الكريم ولما طلبت كريم جديد قالت لي ( انتي مايحتاج افتح لك المنطقه صغيره ) + انتقلت لي عدوى بعد اول جلسه لي معاهم ولا قد صارت لي بحياتي ولما جيتهم سبحان الله صار بنفس المكان اللي اسوي فيه ليزر وينكرون + رفعت شكوى ل الاداره وتعاملهم بالموضوع جداً سيء اتصلت علي قالت ماراح نعوضك بشي واذا شفتي اهمال او شي نسوه نبيههم !!!! واذا كنت شخص مايعرف ؟ يعني جايه اسوي ليزر طلعت منهم اعالج العدوى ٣ شهور والى الان المنطقه متضرره بسببهم حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل + سويت ٥ جلسات ليزر مع رتوش بعد شهر بالضبط ماكأني سويت شي نهائي مع العلم اني كنت مسويه قبل سنوات جلسات ليزر اقل بعياده ثانيه وجلس سنه كامله ماطلع ، عدم نظافه + سوء تصرف+ سبب تضرر لي وماراح اسامحهم عليه + سوء اجهزه وسوء استخدام + الوقت والموعد عندهم غير معترف فيهم اللي يجي يجي واللي له معرفه بالدكتوره يدخل اول ، حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل مكان سيء بمعنى الكلمه الله لايوفقكم على اللي سويتوه فيني :)
The place is very noisy and I tried to complain about them and I keep complaining about them :) The laser room I have to warn them about everything they do. They put paper on the bed for all references + the creams are open more than one review uses the same cream, and when I asked for a new cream, she told me (you don't need to open a small area for you) + I moved I had an infection after my first session with them, nor did it happen to me in my life, and when I came to them, Glory be to God, it was in the same place where I settled a laser and they deny + I filed a complaint with the administration and they dealt with the matter very badly. And if you are someone who knows? I mean, I'm coming to do a laser, I came out of them, I treated the infection for 3 months, and so far the area is damaged because of them. God suffices me, and yes, the agent + I did 5 laser sessions with frills after exactly a month, as if I had done something final, knowing that I had done less laser sessions years ago in a second clinic and sat for a whole year. Uncleanliness + misbehavior + cause of harm to me and I will not forgive them + bad equipment and misuse + time and appointment for them is not recognized by them. The one who comes to comes and the one who has knowledge of the doctor enters first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سوّيت تقويم أسنان عند دكتورة مهيرة ، وللأمانه شغلها ممتاز وتعاملها يفتح النفس ، ويدها خفيفة وكل شي كان مُرضي ♥️
I made orthodontics at Dr. Mahira, and to be honest, her job is excellent and her treatment opens the breath, and her hand is light and everything was satisfactory ♥️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مسخره مو مستوصف موعدي الساعه ٩ صباحا ائجي مافي احد غير عامل النظافه وحضرتهم ماشرفو غير الساعه ٩وربع واكلم الدكتوره هوزان اقولها موعدي ٩ تقول انتظري شوي علشان حضرتها تعدل شكلها مافي اي مسؤليه ولا اهتمام بالمريض بصراحه ماراح اسكت راح ابلغ على هالتسسب والمسخره كاني داخله قصر افراح مو مستوصف

لي كم شهر قطعت اعصاب و في حشو موقت و دفعت المبلغ كامل
و كل ماجيت لهم قالو انتظار و اطلع بدون مادخل على الدكتوره
و الحشوه طاحت الموؤقته و ارسل لهم بحجز يقولون مافي لشهر قدام
و الضرس الان مفتوح و لا في اي اهتمام لا بالاستقبال و لا بالمكالمات
وين مدير المستوصف ..؟
من قبل رمضان و حنا نتردد و لا ندخل
اخذوا الفلوس و اسحبو على الناس
حسبي الله عليهم نجمه حسافه عليهم
