There are many kids toys and the most important thing it has rubber flour not sand.
The negative things there is no toilets.

Its main advantage is that it does not have sand areas within the park, so your kids will not be covered by sand, and they will be clean after playing in the playground area.
It also has good routes for bikes, scooters, or roll skating.
Also it has a big space in the middle which is used by kids for playing football or any other group games.
Its main disadvantage is that it is not served with public restrooms. You will have to use the ones on the mosque nearby, which it is most likely closed since it is open only during prayer time.
Another disadvantage is that it does not have walls, kids can easily run to the street, and you have to keep eye on them.
