هذه الطريقة فيها استغلال الشركات والفلل والشقق اسعارها محدودة .
اذا حسبت المكيفات بسعر والمطبخ بسعر والحمامات بسعر والمجالس بسعر . عشان تزيد الاسعار هذا غير معقول .
الاسعار الطبيعية للشقق بنفس الحي ما تتجاوز الف ريال .
