★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the oldest office building in Jeddah. The location is almost at the end of Madinah Al Munawwara Road towards Sharafiyya. From outside, It will be visible distinctively with its RED Colour theme. The building has two entrances. One at the Main road itself and the other opens at the opposite where there is a small road. Inside we can see the Marble finished reception. Also we can see two Schindler Lifts facing the entrance, thus there are four lifts. If we enter from the rear entrance, there is a information desk as well. Strangely the name board at both entrances are empty! Ethiopian Airlines office is located at the Ground floor near the rear entrance. In the middle of the building there is an interesting atrium, which is having raw concrete structure without any finishes. This office has many offices including 'Riyadh Saleh Hussein' office at the fifth floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice buliding has many offices for companies and fly agenacies. Its place is intrsteing in between Madinah road and Palastian road, in this gives its a great commarcial power.
