★ ★ ★ ★ ★ صيدليات عادل متعاقدة مع وزارة الصحة لتأمين الأدوية للمرضى لكنها مع الأسف لاتقوم بواجبها ولا تلتزم بتعهداتها،، لي اكثر من أربعة أيام أتردد عليهم من اجل علاج السكر قوة 30 بموجب وصفة طبية من أحد المستوصفات الحكومية وآخرها صباح اليوم ولم يتم توفيره حتى الآن مع ان هذا العلاج يعتبر علاج مهم واساسي ويجب أن يتوفر بشكل دائم،
الواجب على وزارة الصحة ان لاتترك المرضى تحت رحمة متعهد عديم ضمير لايقوم بتأمين الأدوية التي سبق ان تعهد بتأمينها للمرضى،!

تم صرف جزء من وصفتي وباقي العلاج قال نطلبه لك يجي بالليل او بكرا بالكثير وبعد ثلاثة ايام ولم يتصلون راسلت الادارة وعطيتهم رقم الجوال ولم يتصل احد وبعدها ذهبت لفرع القناة وكان العلاج عندهم يالدرج له يومين ولم يتصلون والعذر ان المندوب لم يكتب رقم الجوال رغم انه بوصفتي وبعد ذلك يتم صرف حق اطفال وبدأت هنا التبريرات ان وصفي لم تحدد ولف ودوران وبعد نقاش طويل واتصال على مديرهم اللذي بالعافيه رد استبدلو العلاج بحق كبار وبالنهايه يحاولون رمي الخطأ على الدكتور عجبي بصراحة ( نصيحة لاتقربونهم بوصفتي ما كثر الله الا الصيدليات وكلها تصرف وصفتي )
ادري بيرد ويقول اعتذر واسفون عشان رد كلن يشوفه رجاء لا تستخفون بعقول الناس الدكتورة تجيها كبيره وتكتب علاج اطفال ؟؟؟؟؟؟ رغم انه ثلاث ايام انتظار ومافيه اي تجاوب واخرتها بدرج الصيدلية للاسف من اسوأ الصيدليات بالتعامل مع العملاء

I know, he says, “I apologise, and I’m sorry, because everyone sees this reply. Please do not underestimate people’s minds.” Although it was three days of waiting and no response, and I delayed it in the pharmacy drawer, unfortunately, it is one of the worst pharmacies to deal with customers
