★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لاحد يتعب نفسه ويتصل لانهم ماحطو موظف لستقبال مكالمات واستفسارات المراجعين ماحد فاضي لنا بختصار روح راجع لونك بآخر الدنيا اما اتصال تبطي عظم تلقى رد اذا فاشلين في تلقي مكالمات تتوقع انهم بينجحو في انجاز اعمالهم عدم ردهم دليل على تقصيرهم وفشلهم هذي تجربتي معهم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوأ تجربة، رحت وما فادوني بسرعة ابدا وكانت المعلومات غير دقيقة وبعدين اكلمهم على التلفون ما يردون نهائيا ولما يردون كل واحد يرمي على تحويلة مختلفة وبعدين ما يردون! صرنا ٢٠٢١ ولسا للاسف مافي تعديل و تطوير!
The worst experience, I went and they never missed me quickly and the information was inaccurate and then I talk to them on the phone, they don't respond at all, and when they do, each one throws a different detour, and then they don't reply! We are in 2021 and unfortunately there is no modification or development!

البقية أسلوب سيء وتحسهم ماودهم انهم يشوفونك اصلا لو فيه اقل من نجمة أرى انها مناسبة لهم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ قاربت المملكة حرسها الله ان تخدم المواطن في بيته والله لقد وصلني الدواء لباب بيتي ويرسلون لي استبيان مدى الرضاء عن الخدمة في كذا دائرة اقتراح للتطوير من دائرة تنفيذ الأحكام الحقوقية 1- وتساب للتواصل والاهتمام بالرد بدل تكدس المراجعين وزرع الأوبئة وانتشارها 2- موقع لمتابعة سير المعاملة وتصنيف الموظفين وتشجيعهم وفق الإنجاز 3- وضع تحديد معين وتصنيف لكل معاملة وطريقة علاجها وتكون الأمور مكشوفة وبشفافية للستفادة والحد من تعثر وتاخر المعاملات وتراكم الخبرات ولو بوضع شركة مثل نجم ليتم الاستعانة بهم في تذليل العقبات ولو برسوم تفرض المماطلين
