★ ★ ★ ★ ★ موقع ممتاز جدا وإستراتيجي في نفس الوقت لكن الصيانه معدومه جداً جداً جداً والمسؤول إلي ماسك الوقف لا يصلح أبداً في الإدارة وليس منصفاً مع المستأجرين ولكي أكون منصفاً أذكر لكم بعض معاناة المستأجرين ، يعانون من خطوط المياه المعدومه جدا وإرتفاع فواتير الكهرباء بشكل فظيع والسبب الأسلاك قديمه ومكربنه والمفروض من المسؤول تغييره ولكن لا حياة لمن تنادي ، لكن إذا المستأجر من جماعة المسؤول يوفر لهم أحلى شقه ويوفر لهم الصيانه وكل شي بمزاجه. أتمنى تصل رسالتي لصاحب الوقف أو أحد من عائلته لكي ينظرو في الموضوع ويوفرو الصيانه اللازمه للمستأجرين ويعدلون بين الجميع والله الموفق
A very excellent and strategic site at the same time, but maintenance is very, very, very lacking, and the responsible for the endowment holder is never suitable in management and is not fair with tenants. The official is supposed to change it, but there is no life for the one who calls, but if the tenant from the group of the official provides them with the best apartment and provides them with maintenance and everything in his mood. I hope that my message reaches the owner of the endowment or one of his family so that they can look into the matter and provide the necessary maintenance for the tenants and amend between everyone and God bless

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الغرف كبيره والشقة ب ١٣ في السنة فيها بعض الملاحظات التصريف قديم والصيانة انت ونصيبك يحتاج الكثير من الاهتمام بالنظافة العامة من الادراة
The rooms are large and the apartment is 13 per year. There are some notes. The drainage is old, and the maintenance you and your share needs a lot of attention to the general cleanliness from the administration.
