وبعد الاستخارة والاستشارة اخترت هالمكتب لتصميم منزلي، أول زيارة لهم مع الاهل حينما ابدينا رغبتنا في نريد في البيت وشكل التصميم المهندسين في المكتب متعاونين ومتجاوبين، التصميم المعماري من ابداع المهندس نواف الحربي واشكره على تحمله كثير كنت اعدل وابدل في المخطط الله يوفقه وين ما كان، والمكتب نصوح ويصمم لك بناء على الكود السعودي ويعلمك إذا فيه شي يخالف الكود.
بارك الله فيكم
واسأل الله أن يعيننا ويسهل أمرنا وكل من هو مقبل في بناء المنزل.
At first, I was confused between three engineering design offices
After istikhaarah and consultation, I chose this office to design my home, the first visit to them with the family when we expressed our desire for what we want in the house, and the design was the shape of the engineers in the office, cooperative and responsive. The office advises and designs for you based on the Saudi code and informs you if there is anything that violates the code.

من كل قلبي أشكر موظفي هذه الشركة و على رأسهم المهندس عبدالله .. لما لقيت به من اهتمام و التواصل الدائم .. الإتقان و طبيعة العمل يشعرك بالراحة .. في التصميم يذهبون بك إلى ما تريده و تهواه ثم يعطونك خيارات كثيرة لتقارب طبيعة ما أنت تتمناه .. شغل مرتب و يخدمونك لو أنت بأي منطقة بالمملكة .. وتمت زيارتهم في الرياض لقيت الحفاوة و رأيت تسلسل من الإبداع بصراحة كل شئ أمامك واضح و سلس و سهل و يخلقون لك عالم جميل و عالم من الخيال حتى يتوصلوا و يحققوا عالمك الذي تتمناه و أكثر .. نخبة عظيمة من المهندسين ستراهم و ستشعر بأنك واحداً من هم .. شكرا اكد كونسلت

السلام عليكم، سعر التصميم لجميع المخططات لأرض مساحتها أقل من ٤٠٠م غالي جداً حيث يبلغ ٧٥ ألف ريال!
والتعديلات المجانية ٣ مرات وما بعدها له مقابل مادي ..! يعني المفروض على هالسعر الغالي أقل شيء تكون التعديلات المجانية مفتوحة وبدون سقف.
يوجد منافسين بأسعار أقل ومرونة أعلى.

And free modifications 3 times and beyond for a fee..! This means that the expensive price is supposed to be the lowest. The free modifications are open and without a ceiling.
There are competitors with lower prices and higher flexibility.
