★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I happened to visit this location first time, since I last went to one in Jeddah. I was much enthused to be there after a long time, however, the guy at the cash register turned everything other way round. Much of Abu Zaid's staff (including the cashier) needs to receive special training session for exhibiting true customer care, which was not the case on my visit last night. The only guy who was 10 out of 10 was the greeter. Staff at delivery was also found NOT supportive. It makes me wonder WHY was it like so!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So slow service.To add the Chef thought we should go on a diet and gave me mutabbak with cheese with hardly any sugar!!!We drove all the way in the city to feed the cravings of my lil son and he even spat it out.Maybe they gave me the wrong order or the Chef forgot to put sugar...So guys check your order properly before leaving especially if You are a visitor!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant has a delicious breakfast ?. I visited this restaurant many times with my friends and family. They have a lot of dishes such as: Foul, Araikah, Maasob and motabaq. All dishes a local foods. The price was cheap cost and the place was clean. There are many branches of this restaurant and only I visited this branch. Try it and you’ll like it.
