★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لا انصحكم بتعامل معهم غير ملتزمين بالموعد وزياده ما احد يتفاهم معك كلهم غير مهتمين لك اهم شي تحولهم العقد وبعدهاا مع نفسك دق حتى تشبع ولديه صور واثبات اليوم ثالث مره يسونه معي وهذا اليوم ثاني ولا راح يوصولن لي
مع العلم اني حاجز من قبل ١٠ ايام والموعد هم اعطوني على حسب الجدول الي عندهم
واي شخص حاب يتواصل معي انا حاضر

التقييم خاص بموظف حجز البلك السوداني تواصلت معه هاتفيا من اجل الحجز والتحويل وتم الاتفاق ع سعر ٤٢٠٠ ل ١٠٠٠ بلكة وطلب مني مراسلته ع رقم واتساب وفعلا تم الارسال ولكن دون اي رد منه لمدة ٧ ساعات وعند معاودتي التواصل الهاتفي معه في نفس اليوم افاد بأن السعر ارتفع الى ٥٥٠٠ريال ضاربا عرض الحائط اتفاقنا وحجزي معه ورسائلي ع الواتس

والعاملين على خدمة العميل ليسوا على قدر من التعامل والحرفية كذلك فيما يتعلق بالتجاوب السريع مع استفسارات وشكاوى العميل عبر الجوال ورسائل "الواتس"
كما يلاحظ ارتفاع السعر ويقابله تدني في مستوى وجودة الخدمة المقدمة

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أسوأ شركة تعاملت معهم في أثناء بناء البيت تعاملهم سيء جدا ومماطلة وإخلاف للوعود وعدم تقيد بالاتفاق ولا أنصح بالتعامل مهم حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل عليهم

الموضف عبدالرحمن و كذلك الموضف السوداني مساعد اذا استمروا في تعاملهم و ما انتبه ابو قفرة للعمالة الي موجوده عنده فانا اجزم ان الشركة متجهه الى الهاوية حاوت اتواصل مع المدير ولكن ما رد على الهاتف الثابت وتمنيت اني ما ارسل في قوقل ماب لكن ما وجدت وسيلة الا هو
