m	mohammed salem on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيئة جدا جدا حجزت عن طريق البوكينق وعند الوصول اخبرني الموظف الذي يعمل في الاستقبال بانه ما يعترف بحجز البوكينق والمشكلة مهو انا وحدي اكثر من ٢٠ شخص في نفس الوقت حضروا للفندق لاستلام غرفهم وطلع الحجز غير صحيح .. فالحذر اي شخص يحجز عن طريق البوكينق لهذه الشقق لا تضمن الشقة وجلست في الفندق انتظر ثلاث ساعات لكي انتظر احد النزلاء يخرج ثم خرج قبل المغرب واستلمت الشقة منه دون تنظيف ودون تغيير الفرش . واللي حدني وورطني اكثر كانت سيارتي في مواقف المعتمرين والا ذهبت للبحث عن شقق اخرى . فما انصح اي شخص ان يسكن بها لعدم الاهتمام بمواعيد الحجز وعدم نظافة الغرف وريحة الممرات الكريهة very very bad I booked through booking and upon arrival the employee working in the reception told me that he does not recognize booking booking and the problem is that I alone have more than 20 people at the same time who came to the hotel to receive their rooms and the booking came out incorrect.. r	rorom -77 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سئ جدأ للآسف المكان غير نظيف غير مرتب روائح كريهة لا يوجد صيانه او خدمة للمكان تم نقلنا خلال أقامتنا 3 مرات لفروعه الأخرى بحجه سنغلق هذا الفندق ! للأسف اثناء تواجدنا حصل ماس كهرباء وانقطعت الكهرباء علينا ! معقولة لا يوجد رقابه مثل هذه الفنادق! بالأضافه لم يتم أسترداد باقي المبلغ عند طلبنا لألغاء الحجز بحجة لا يوجد موظفين..أستعوضها عند ربنا !
