★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location for photography. It’s just a shame that some people who came to visit vandalized the inside and outside of the tower. It could be one of a potential spot to visit when visiting Riyadh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This tower made for pigeons to stay Safe and reproduction of their babies. Small holes help them to stay safe during hot climate.
Total 14 towers are there. The pigeons usually flew away when they hear the sound of humans or vehicles. Many flies are there, it is disturbing sometimes.
Dotted with wooden pegs and hundreds of holes, the towers provided shelter and breeding areas for the birds.
Since it's located middle of empty place any shops or restaurants are not available near by. Roads to this pigeons tower is tar roads. Enough spaces for parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pigeon tower. Unique building where the pigeon lives (before). Identical building with 14 tower, 1 water tank (middle of the tower). Ventilation very good, good architecture, and many many other thinks. Must visit place. It’s not in use because the village near by abandoned so no pigeons right now.
Advantage: unique architect, good ventilation etc.
Disadvantage : Road to get the location not good. No food / refreshment areas near by.

This historical adobe pigeon tower is located in the middle of an expansive desert with a little vegetation near Ad Dilam and just one and half hours drive away from Riyadh city.

This Ancient building dotted with wooden pegs and hundreds of holes, the towers provided shelter and breeding areas for the birds to nest and raise their young in, also served as a housing for thousands of pigeons that’s no longer in use now

Each chamber having its own tower and in the middle there is an open courtyard connecting all chambers via passage way and one Entrance, cool and ventilation is good inside...worth visiting for about 30 minutes stop over on the way to Hidden Canyon...Be catious!!! There are so much of flies around and kind of disgusting,too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pigeons Towers is very known in the GCC countries. This Tower is unique because it’s the only tower been discovered in Najd region and I’m very proud of locals that been taking care of this historic tower for along time. Great place to visit.
