★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أولاً قيمة الأيجار أغلى من الخدمة المستحقه كذلك يعتبر غرف عمال أو عزاب و كذلك تحتاج للأهتمام بها أكثر في نظافة الغرف و رائحتها و تجديد فرش السرير و التكيف لا بأس به .. و به زول كأنه في حوش غنم يتعامل معاك تبي 150 أو مافيه غيرها رغم الرائحة الحلوه بالمكان مرة ???. لكن أحيانًا تنحد لإيجار شقه نفس كذا لإن عندك دورة و قريبة من المركز ..
